Dermatology Clinic Receptionist

We are seeking a highly energetic and bubbly individual to welcome patients and help schedule appointments in our thriving dermatology clinic. The ideal candidate will be honest and reliable, with strong work ethics and punctuality. A passion for beauty and skincare is a must, as well as attention to detail and great communication skills. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will have the ability to present products and procedures to patients and get them scheduled.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors, answer email/telephone inquiries, appointment scheduling, manage patient records, and effectively manage transactions.
- Generate sales, conduct professional and effective patient consultations, provide treatment and procedure information.
- Offer professional, prompt, and friendly customer service.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions to optimize patient satisfaction.
