Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at Universe Home Services. As a key player in our growing commercial footprint, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with commercial clients and offering customized HVAC solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with business professionals to provide mechanical solutions to meet their needs.
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new commercial HVAC business leads.
  • Provide estimates on new installations of boilers, furnaces, and central air conditioning systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales quotas sales activity and metrics assigned.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective new clients.
  • Complete consistently scheduled phone blocks and cold call prospecting activities to establish initial and follow-up appointments with customer/prospect decision-makers within a designated territory.

Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience required.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of Commercial HVAC systems and services.
  • Ability to build relationships and manage a portfolio of commercial accounts.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Superior customer service skills and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in a clear and concise manner to clients.
