Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with business professionals to provide mechanical solutions to meet their needs
- Provide estimates on new installations of boilers, furnaces, and central air conditioning systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Ability to size and measure new systems and replacement of old systems
- Knowledge of heating, plumbing, electrical, and cooling systems
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales quotas sales activity and metrics assigned
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective new clients
- Complete consistently scheduled phone blocks and cold call prospecting activities to establish initial and follow-up appointments with customer/prospect decision-makers within a designated territory
- Complete required Customer KPI expectations, CRM-Service Titian entries, reports, and other paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policy
- Ensure you are on track to target revenues with regards to sales funnel accuracy and health
- Proactively prospect for new business opportunities and up-sell to existing customers within a specific set of named accounts
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience required
- Superior customer service skills and strong organizational skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in a clear and concise manner to clients
- Responsibilities may require working weekends
