Job Title: Commercial Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at HR Pals. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our commercial client base, promoting our range of services, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with business professionals to provide mechanical solutions to meet their needs
  • Provide estimates on new installations of boilers, furnaces, and central air conditioning systems
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Ability to size and measure new systems and replacement of old systems
  • Knowledge of heating, plumbing, electrical, and cooling systems
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales quotas sales activity and metrics assigned
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective new clients
  • Complete consistently scheduled phone blocks and cold call prospecting activities to establish initial and follow-up appointments with customer/prospect decision-makers within a designated territory
  • Complete required Customer KPI expectations, CRM-Service Titian entries, reports, and other paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policy
  • Ensure you are on track to target revenues with regards to sales funnel accuracy and health
  • Proactively prospect for new business opportunities and up-sell to existing customers within a specific set of named accounts

Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience required
  • Superior customer service skills and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in a clear and concise manner to clients
  • Responsibilities may require working weekends
