Therapeutic Communications Specialist

The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for conducting assessments and reassessments of patient Communication and swallowing disorders by applying diagnostic and prognostic procedures. This includes planning, implementing, and supervising an individualized therapeutic program designed to restore and/or improve communicative activities of daily living, and to treat swallowing disorders.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Administrator or designated professional to ensure that the therapeutic plan of care is met and continued. They will also instruct other agency personnel and patient family members in activities of speech therapy so that they may safely and effectively assist the patient.
We estimate the salary range for this position to be around $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on location and experience.
