Job Summary: We are seeking a Community Care Specialist to join our team at the Worth Ross Management Company. As a Community Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the community at the direction of the Manager and Board, including grounds, amenities, and exterior common areas.
Job Description:
The Community Care Specialist maintains the community at the direction of Manager and Board including but not limited to grounds, amenities, and exterior common areas. Responsibilities also include light maintenance as needed related to painting, irrigation repair, lighting service, fence repair, use of hand tools, power tools, snow-blower, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the community at the direction of Manager and Board including but not limited to grounds, amenities, and exterior common areas
- Perform light maintenance tasks as needed, including painting, irrigation repair, lighting service, fence repair, and use of hand tools and power tools
- Monitor and maintain plant health by inspecting for pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies
- Oversee irrigation systems, including monitoring run times and troubleshooting
- Repair drip lines and solve leaks to ensure effective and efficient water distribution
Requirements:
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required
- Backflow license required
- Basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical knowledge
- An understanding of irrigation and low voltage for irrigation
- Experience in painting and sheetrock
