Insurance Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Manager to join our team at NSM Insurance Group. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for a designated client base, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and deliver training programs to clients on our products and services.
- Oversee the production and distribution of accurate and timely reporting to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in financial services or insurance business account management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and self-motivated approach.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
