Main Street Auto is one of the fastest-growing auto repair brands in America, with over 75 shops and 500 employees across the country. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team in the Philadelphia area.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with owners of auto repair shops. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential acquisition targets throughout their assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Identify auto repair shops as potential acquisition targets">
  • Approach owners of auto repair shops to discuss potentially selling their shop to Main Street Auto">
  • Manage relationships with potential acquisition targets and serve as their point of contact with Main Street Auto">
  • Negotiate deals with auto repair shop owners">
  • Work closely with shop owners to coordinate and manage the acquisition process from start to finish">
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers">
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions">

Qualifications:

  • ">
  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience (proven track record of successful business development or sales), or a military or law enforcement background">
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills">
  • Ability to negotiate deals and manage the acquisition process from start to finish">
  • Strong organizational and project management skills">
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout state(s) in assigned territory">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills">

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
