Fire Sprinkler Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a global leader in smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings, our mission is to reimagine the performance of buildings to serve people, places, and the planet.
In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and troubleshooting fire sprinkler systems while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of wet, dry, and pre-action sprinkler systems, as well as fire pump systems.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes competitive hourly rates, paid vacation/holidays/sick time, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401K, medical, dental, and vision care.
Key Responsibilities:- Service and troubleshoot wet/dry/pre-action systems, fire pump-based fire sprinkler systems, and backflows
- Follow verbal and written instructions, read and understand complex construction blueprints, diagrams, and specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, wear appropriate safety equipment
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a high school diploma or equivalent. A working knowledge of wet, dry, and pre-action sprinkler systems, and fire pump systems is a must. A Sprinkler and Backflow license is a plus, but not required.
