Job Overview

As an Electrical Systems Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with both local and national electrical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and components.
  • Conduct thorough electrical inspections and diagnose issues using specialized testing equipment.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to effectively plan electrical wiring layouts.
  • Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, outlets, and other electrical components.
  • Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to perform installations and repairs.
  • Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper installation of electrical systems.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of [X] years of experience in electrical work within commercial or industrial environments.
  • Expertise in both high voltage and low voltage electrical systems.
  • A strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations.
  • The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

  • Experience in frame carpentry for installation purposes is advantageous.
