Job Title: Leasing Consultant

Are you a customer-focused sales professional with a passion for helping people find their perfect apartment? We're seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at Comstock Companies, a renowned developer of high-quality, sustainable, mixed-use, and transit-oriented communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, showcasing the benefits of our community and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Oversee the entire leasing process, from lead generation to tenant occupancy, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
  • Prepare leasing paperwork and maintain accurate weekly/monthly reports to drive business decisions.
  • Creatively market the community online, through social media, and within the local neighborhood to increase visibility and drive traffic.
  • Coordinate promotions to increase occupancy rates and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Manage and innovate our social media presence to engage current and prospective tenants, fostering a strong online community.
  • Perform administrative duties to support the leasing process and other assigned tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred, especially in business or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of leasing experience in multi-family property management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Availability to work office hours, including most weekends, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure, with a strong focus on customer service and results.
  • Experience with Yardi is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • A strong focus on customer service, with excellent communication, active listening, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team, establish good working relationships, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment, with a self-directed and independent work style.
