Job Summary

As an Imaging Specialist and Photographer at adidas, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that meets the brand's aesthetic and messaging standards. This role requires expertise in image editing software, color management, and studio equipment operation. You will work closely with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production processes and adhere to established protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced image editing software and techniques to enhance product images through color correction, image retouching, and additional image manipulation.
• Execute mass production of images with precision using both automation technology and manual editing techniques, ensuring high quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth production processes, following all established processes and protocol.
• Set up and maintain studio equipment, ensuring all tools and technology are in optimal condition for photo shoots – assisting with studio upgrades as needed.

Requirements

• Expertise in using image editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software to enhance existing files, or produce mass image assets efficiently and accurately.
• Requires color management skills and the ability to work within a specific framework of color standardization.
• Ability to operate all studio equipment including lighting, backdrops, camera, tripod, and all print materials.
• Highly organized with the ability to effectively prioritize and reprioritize to meet project deadlines and shifting business demand.

Qualifications

• High proficiency in Adobe suite of tools
• Studio experience in production photography setting with understanding of composition, lighting, and color theory.
• Familiarity with Canon equipment, studio lighting, and editing tools
