Job Title: Communications Specialist II

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Communications Specialist II to join our team at IEA Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives. This role will play a critical part in supporting our efforts to inform, influence, and inspire internal clients through strategic communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content strategies to advance the company brand and strengthen employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to write and disseminate content across multiple channels.
  • Monitor analytics and generate reports to influence communication strategy.
  • Provide recommendations on measurable internal strategies and tactics.
  • Contribute to overall content strategy based on stakeholders' strategic priorities and employee engagement goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, English, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant professional experience in communications or marketing.
  • Familiarity with corporate communications in a business setting, preferably in a construction-related industry.
