Additionally, you will evaluate technician performance and establish improvement objectives.

Key Responsibilities of the Plumbing Supervisor

  • Organize and coordinate technician schedules to fulfill customer requirements
  • Assess work for quality assurance and safety regulations
  • Deliver continuous training and support to team members
  • Collaborate with dispatch for optimal scheduling
  • Monitor financials to ensure project profitability
  • Procure necessary materials promptly
  • Manage communications with vendors and suppliers
  • Work alongside other managers to achieve company objectives

Qualifications for the Plumbing Supervisor

  • At least five years of experience in plumbing supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant education from a college, trade school, or military background
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with industry standards and local regulations
  • Proficient management and problem-solving abilities
  • Access to vehicle insurance and reliable transportation
  • Experience with smartphone applications
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
