The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at our Memphis Distribution Center. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates in the day-to-day operations of the distribution center, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct a team of associates to achieve daily production goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure that all safety and housekeeping standards are met.
  • Communicate effectively with associates, management, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Identify and address any operational issues or concerns.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a distribution or warehouse environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team of associates.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
