Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maintain a visually appealing store environment and ensure effective inventory management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and implement changes to drive business growth.
What We're Looking For:
  • 1-3 years of retail sales experience with supervisory experience (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to support non-selling activities to meet business needs.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
