Facilities Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute preventative maintenance, budgets, and capital expenses for facilities projects.
Schedule and assign tasks for carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, heating/ventilation, roofing, inspection, and security duties.
Monitor and maintain landscaping, office, janitorial, housekeeping, and security performance and cleanliness.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot any issues.
Assist with construction project management and keep accurate records of maintenance requests electronically.
Prepare reports for management review.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience working with MEP, landscaping, HVAC, and electrical systems.
Previous warehouse facilities/hands-on management experience preferred.
Ability to work weekends and evenings.
