Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily updates to employee records within commission files.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all commission entries.
  • Review commission reports for discrepancies and anomalies before submission to payroll.
  • Analyze Gross Margin reports from accounting to identify and rectify data issues for accurate commission calculations.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of employee compensation plans and implement necessary changes.
  • Comply with company policies during the review of commission and payroll data.
  • Generate detailed commission statements for sales representatives.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding commissions promptly.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an Accounting, Finance, or HR role with a focus on data management.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Human Resources.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Information:

  • The estimated annual salary range for this position is $40,000 - $70,000, based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending options.
