Job Summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team. As a Medication Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner.

Responsibilities
  • Medication Administration: Administer medication and treatments to residents in a safe and organized manner, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to medication administration records.
  • Resident Care: Provide resident care while demonstrating the Sunrise Senior Living mission, values, and principles, ensuring the highest degree of quality care and services.
  • Risk Management and General Safety: Partner with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements, promoting risk management programs and policies, and adhering to safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications
  • LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Ability to make choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interest.
  • Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and level of understanding.
