Role Summary
This role is pivotal in facilitating communication between clients, Account Managers, and the Service and Maintenance Technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly.
- Review and respond to new voicemails and emails.
- Check in with Account Managers at the start and end of each shift.
- Conduct pre-billing activities, ensuring all necessary company and client documentation is completed and required images are obtained.
- Generate client invoices as needed and address any billing discrepancies.
- Prepare all necessary support documentation for repairs, including invoicing, reconciliation, and follow-up on overdue invoices.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Experience in delivering high-quality customer service is essential.
- One to three years of experience in a web-based, Windows environment is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Quick learner with the capacity to adapt to new and proprietary software.
Compensation: Hourly Pay Range: $22.00
