Role Summary

This role is pivotal in facilitating communication between clients, Account Managers, and the Service and Maintenance Technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly.
  • Review and respond to new voicemails and emails.
  • Check in with Account Managers at the start and end of each shift.
  • Conduct pre-billing activities, ensuring all necessary company and client documentation is completed and required images are obtained.
  • Generate client invoices as needed and address any billing discrepancies.
  • Prepare all necessary support documentation for repairs, including invoicing, reconciliation, and follow-up on overdue invoices.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality customer service is essential.
  • One to three years of experience in a web-based, Windows environment is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Quick learner with the capacity to adapt to new and proprietary software.

Compensation: Hourly Pay Range: $22.00
