Resilience Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our team in a biomanufacturing environment. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on biomanufacturing equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and operations, to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements.
- Training and Development: Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices in biomanufacturing.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a certification in a skilled trade (e.g. electrical, boiler operations) or an associate degree in a technical discipline.
- Experience: Considerable experience in a regulated or cGMP environment, with a strong background in maintenance and repair of biomanufacturing equipment.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, with the ability to read and interpret diagrams, drawings, and other schematics. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Competitive Compensation: A target base pay hiring range of $36.50 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and career advancement.
