Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our production team at BioSpace, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and take corrective action to prevent downtime.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs as needed to minimize downtime and ensure production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production team members to ensure seamless equipment operation and minimize disruptions to production.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and equipment to ensure our production processes remain competitive.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a regulated production environment, with a focus on equipment maintenance and performance.
  • Strong mechanical and electronic knowledge and aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with automated equipment and computerized maintenance management systems.
  • Knowledge of OEE, TPM, LEAN, or other Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Training in mechanics, hydraulics, and electronics systems.
