About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to join our team at Trulieve. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Maintenance Programs: Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure the optimal operation of our facilities and equipment.
  • Lead Maintenance Team: Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals to ensure the effective execution of maintenance tasks and projects.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Manage Budget and Resources: Manage the maintenance budget and resources to ensure that maintenance activities are conducted in a cost-effective manner.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and quality to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as experience with automated equipment and condition monitoring.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues.
