Job Description

Role Overview

The Psychological Services Coordinator will provide professional student support services, therapist and psychological and counseling services to students. This role will also involve liaising with families and third-party providers to make referrals for students, ensuring all external providers deliver the required services, and liaising with other Department areas and external service providers where necessary to provide support to students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional student support services, therapist and psychological and counseling services.

  • Maintain professional competence and continued professional learning, including attending professional development activities throughout the year.
  • Meet relevant policies and legislative requirements in relation to student health information privacy.

Requirements

  • Full registration as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency (AHPRA).
  • Have a current Working With Children's Check.
  • Individuals with the aptitude, experience, and/or qualifications to fulfill the specific requirements of the position.
