About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our Student Support Services team at the Department of Education. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a critical role in supporting the learning and wellbeing of children and young people in our schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist support to students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, school leaders, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Contribute to the development of innovative practice opportunities, including professional learning for schools
  • Work with teachers and school leaders to influence system change and improve learning and wellbeing outcomes
  • Participate in regular professional development opportunities and contribute to the growth and development of the Student Support Services team
