Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Staff Accountant - Billing Specialist to join our Corporate Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently planning and organizing workload, demonstrating success working with a team of professionals, and maintaining a commitment to quality and good communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Process corporate vendor invoices
  • Process accounts receivable receipts
  • Process corporate payroll
  • Prepare and disseminate appropriate financial documents
  • Assist with the financial closing process
  • Prepare journal entries as necessary
  • File all appropriate documents
  • Assist with audits
  • Assist CFO in any relevant matters
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency with Deltek Vision and/or Vantagepoint
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Strong sense of urgency, project responsibility, and initiative
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
