Position Overview:
At United Wholesale Mortgage, our Account Executives are pivotal to our success. This dedicated team plays a crucial role in fostering enduring partnerships with broker associates, aimed at enhancing their operations and showcasing the advantages of UWM.

Our Account Executives elevate their extensive industry expertise and exceptional client service to new heights, and you can be an integral part of this dynamic environment.

If you are prepared to excel, we provide comprehensive training, essential tools, and resources to set you on the path to success.

New Account Executives receive 500 hours of annual training, along with a dedicated portfolio of brokers and a suite of competitive products and services.

You will focus on cultivating relationships with your brokers, mentoring them, and, most importantly, driving their success. Your success is intertwined with theirs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with broker accounts nationwide.
2. Training and guiding brokers on UWM's Easiest Application System Ever (EASE), along with our programs, products, guidelines, and processes.
3. Serving as a reliable resource for clients, providing guidance and solutions.
4. Delivering timely updates on the latest products, resources, and industry developments.
5. Advocating for your brokers and striving to ensure every loan is a success story.
6. Monitoring the performance of accounts within your pipeline.
7. Building and managing a robust pipeline of loans to achieve and surpass sales targets.

Qualifications Required:
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of one year of experience in mortgage sales as a loan officer, mortgage banker, or wholesale account executive, or at least one year of experience in relationship-based sales.
- Understanding of the distinctions between retail and wholesale lending.
- Proven track record in developing business relationships.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism, both over the phone and in person.
- Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to accept feedback and a desire for continuous improvement.
- A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
- Full-time, on-site attendance is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the mortgage industry, with prior experience in retail or wholesale mortgage lending.
- Experience in inside sales or phone sales.
- A passion for the mortgage sector.
- Previous experience in a business-to-business sales model.
- Ambition for a six-figure income and motivation to thrive in a competitive sales environment.

Additional Information:
This position is an inside account executive role. Candidates must be able to work full-time hours.
