Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement healthy and nutritious meal plans for up to 16 individuals daily, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve meals in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available and that costs are within budget.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to optimize wellness and healthy lifestyle choices for our clients.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year experience in food preparation and service.
  • Certifications: ServSafe or other comparable food preparation certification, preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality service.
