Position Overview: This role is pivotal in overseeing monthly cash flow projections, cash balance assessments, intercompany loan summaries, interest income evaluations, and investment oversight, alongside various quarterly reports essential for financial reporting.

The incumbent will maintain comprehensive documentation for intercompany loans, prepare quarterly guarantee summaries for regulatory reporting, and manage bank account relationship documentation, including account openings and compliance updates. This position also involves supporting daily cash management tasks and serving as a backup to the Treasury Analyst II, while addressing ad hoc financial analysis requests. Reporting to the Manager of Treasury Operations, this role is based in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Analysis & Reporting – 40%
- Collect and analyze data to forecast and monitor global cash balances, including the assessment of excess cash.
- Prepare summaries for monthly investment oversight.
- Compile, monitor, and reconcile documentation for intercompany loans, including notes and monthly summaries.
- Conduct monthly analyses of interest income and assist in annual budgeting for interest income.

- Prepare quarterly guarantee summaries for 10-Q reporting, including annual stratification details for 10-K reporting.

- Conduct peer analyses and other financial analyses as required for quarterly board meetings.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to execute impactful projects and deliver valuable analytics.

- Independently gather, analyze, and interpret extensive data sets from various sources, utilizing a data-driven approach to enhance operational strategies.


2. Cash Management – 35%

- Assist in daily domestic cash management activities by executing or approving foreign exchange trades and initiating electronic fund transfers.

- Act as the primary backup to the Treasury Analyst II in daily cash management, including setting daily positions and making investment and borrowing decisions.

- Ensure that all investment, borrowing, and fund disbursement activities are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies.

- This requires meticulous attention to detail, including gathering necessary documentation and accurately coding transactions in the Treasury Workstation.

- Investigate unidentified transactions to maintain the integrity of financial records and act as the system administrator for banking platforms.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

3. Compliance – 25%

- Collaborate with banks and internal personnel to obtain and prepare documentation for bank account openings and ongoing KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.

- Update authorized signatures and maintain documentation for banking relationships.
- Ensure all information is current for annual Foreign Bank Account Reporting (FBAR) for corporate and personal returns.
- Prepare annual compliance reports as required.
- Review audit narratives and provide necessary sample data as requested.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Required Experience: Minimum of five years in accounting, finance, or banking, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
Preferred Experience/Skills: CPA, CFA, or CTP certification is advantageous; experience with Oracle and tools like Tableau, Cognos, and Longview is a plus.
