Administrative Support Specialist for Pediatric Care

Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This is a temporary role expected to last approximately 2 months, providing administrative support in various areas of the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate conferences, meetings, interviews, and appointments with internal and external stakeholders
  • Independently resolve scheduling conflicts and anticipate potential issues
  • Coordinate conference calls, teleconferences, and video conferencing
  • Perform advanced library searches utilizing electronic resources
  • Act as liaison for coordination of physical moves and work with outside vendors
  • Plan and oversee special events, programs, conferences, and symposiums
  • Set up, operate, and maintain office equipment

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a related field
