Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts.

Job Responsibilities
  • Preoperative Assessment/Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients before surgery, taking into account their medical history, allergies, and other relevant factors.
  • Equipment Preparation: Prepare and maintain anesthesia equipment, ensuring it is functioning properly and safely.
  • Intraoperative Clinical Care: Administer anesthesia under the supervision of a faculty or staff physician anesthesiologist, monitoring vital signs and other indicators of anesthesia's effects.
  • Postoperative Follow-up: Provide ongoing care and support to patients after surgery, working closely with the attending anesthesiologist and other healthcare professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a related field or Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree.
  • Licensure and certification in accordance with CCHMC Delineation of Privileges.
  • Multistate licensure may be required based on subspecialty.
