About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Regional Oncology Specialist II (ROSII) to join our sales team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to maximize the utilization of our products in targeted accounts, while staying within budget and supporting corporate objectives.

The ROSII will work closely with managed care, reimbursement, patients, patient support groups, and providers to ensure access to our products. They will provide critical information to accomplish the Exact Sciences' mission to all parties involved in the sales of products.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience with a strong record of success selling complex products in medical oncology and/or diagnostics, as well as demonstrated clinical and scientific expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement results-oriented territory management and planning.
  • Sell company products or services, develop new accounts, and drive depth within existing accounts.
  • Execute with strong understanding of key territory-related clinical/political issues.
  • Drive growth through in-depth knowledge of scientific and applicable disease states, competition, and outside influences that impact our business.

The ROSII must have, or be able to quickly develop, a clear understanding of key territory-related clinical/political issues. They will devote whatever time is necessary to complete objectives outlined in the sales plan.

The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $186,000 annually, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, this role is bonus eligible and eligible to receive company stock upon hire as well as annually.
