Job Description:

Dreampak LLC is seeking a highly motivated and organized Manufacturing Planning Specialist to join our team. As a Manufacturing Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules, coordinating efforts between departments, and adjusting schedules as needed to meet customer delivery requirements and company policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Development: Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products and adherence to company policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members across functional groups to ensure seamless coordination and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory control by verifying inventory documentation and implementing procedures to prevent stock discrepancies.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in production operations, preferably in food and beverage manufacturing.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with team members across functional groups. Knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Excel and prior experience in scheduling tools.
Compensation:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
