Job Overview

The Creative Multimedia Developer plays a crucial role in producing and overseeing visual content across various channels. This position encompasses graphic design, video production, and website management to elevate the company's digital footprint and bolster its marketing and communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

  • Design captivating graphics for both digital and print formats, including social media visuals, marketing materials, brochures, and presentations.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs.

Video Production:

  • Conceptualize, film, and edit high-quality videos for promotional, educational, and internal communications.
  • Oversee video projects from inception to completion, including scripting, shooting, and post-production editing.

Website Management:

  • Create and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites that provide an optimal user experience.
  • Regularly update website content, resolve technical issues, and implement improvements.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to gather project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Present design ideas and video drafts to stakeholders, integrating their feedback into final products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Web Development, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, web development, and video production.
  • Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro), and web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Familiarity with Google collaboration tools such as Drive, Docs, and Sheets is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, creative thinking, typography expertise, and design proficiency.
  • Excellent project management capabilities.
  • Exceptional visual design skills with a strong aesthetic sense.
  • Advanced technical skills in videography and video editing.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Work Environment

  • This role is situated in a professional office setting with a standard 40-hour workweek. Flexibility may be necessary based on project timelines.
  • Occasional travel may be required for on-site video shoots or industry-related events.
