Compliance Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Auditor to join our team at Northwestern Mutual. In this role, you will be responsible for leading audits and consultations by scanning for and assessing risks of a given area, documenting controls, and developing testing plans to address the risks. You will also communicate the audit process, objectives, timing, and outcome to business partners, senior management, and where appropriate to entity audit committees and boards.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in Audit or Financial Services, with a minimum of eight years of experience and at least four years of lead auditor or proven experience managing and leading complex, cross-functional projects. You should also have strong project management skills and ability to run corporate-wide audit projects or process improvement initiatives with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
The estimated salary for this position is $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on your location and qualifications.
