Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to Inbound Calls: Respond to inbound calls from clients regarding Medicare and Medicaid benefits, eligibility, and coverage.
  • Make Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, provide information, and assist with enrollment processes.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Customer Interactions: Document all customer interactions accurately in our system.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Meet Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of recent experience in customer service in a healthcare or insurance setting.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and processes required.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Organization Skills: Strong organization skills as you are given various scripts to follow for calls.
  • Education: High school diploma required.
