Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Crypto Trading Product Owner to join our Fidelity Digital Assets team. As a key member of our Product Delivery team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering trading platform capabilities and solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trading platforms, electronic trading solutions, and digital assets. You will work closely with our technology teams to build a next-generation low-latency trading platform and collaborate with business partners to ensure alignment on the roadmap and delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage electronic trading product solutions
  • Collaborate with technology teams to build a next-generation low-latency trading platform
  • Work with business partners to ensure alignment on the roadmap and delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Manage the product backlog to ensure epics and stories are clear and concise with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure business readiness and seamless implementation of releases
  • Develop positive relationships and champion a collaborative team environment
  • Lead by example and inspire the squad through a shared mission and roadmap

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or quantitative/analytical training a plus
  • 7+ years of combined experience working with trading platforms
  • Jira and Jira Align experience preferred
  • Experience in financial services, trading APIs, trading, and custody a plus
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Ability to extract and analyze data using SQL and other query languages
  • Experience and interest in trading market structure – crypto, FX, or equities
