Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Owner to oversee the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing technology and CRM, with experience in setting strategy and articulating technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and articulate technical requirements for Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical capacity within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Knowledge of Interaction Studio, Datorama, Salesforce CDP, and other Marketing Cloud related applications
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and others)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
  • Experience with system analysis and workflow management
