Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the development and implementation of effective pricing strategies and processes, ensuring alignment with customer proposals and product lines.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of competitor pricing and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and enhance profitability.
  • Establish and oversee a systematic approach for periodic price adjustments based on market fluctuations, product costs, and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create a deal-desk that focuses on pricing strategies for significant accounts and contracts.
  • Manage and analyze relevant data to provide consistent reporting on pricing performance, trends, and variances.
  • Develop methodologies to assess and predict win/loss ratios, as well as revenue and margin fluctuations.
  • Evaluate pricing actions and their outcomes, offering strategic recommendations to boost growth and enhance margins for both new and existing customers.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field; MBA is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI, with the capability to manage and interpret extensive data sets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with GAAP accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
