Position Overview:
Sigma Defense is in search of a seasoned Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Information Operations and Information Warfare to join our team as a Senior Training SME.

Role Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be instrumental in formulating strategies for the integration of planning tools, shipboard systems, and advanced technologies to enhance team training in C4I and address operational challenges pertinent to designated warfare domains.

As a recognized SME, you will leverage extensive experience gained from senior operational roles.
You will collaborate with Numbered Fleet Commanders (NFC), TYCOMS, and various training commands on issues related to warfare area training.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal applicant is a TS/SCI cleared professional with expertise in IO/IW/EMW and a minimum of three years of experience at the senior trainer/evaluator level within Strike Group (SG) or NFC staff.
Experience as a JSAF operator for at least two years is also required.
Possession of an Information Warfare Designator (INTEL, Information Professional, Cryptology) is highly preferred.

Contractual Note:
This position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract, and the selected candidate will be offered the role conditional on contract finalization.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of experience at the senior trainer/evaluator level on a SG or NFC staff or equivalent DoD staff.
- At least two years of experience as a JSAF operator.
- Proficiency in Counter Targeting (CTTG), Anti-Ship Missile Defense (ASMD), Integrated Fires, Military Deception (MILDEC), and Electronic Intelligence (ELINT).
- Familiarity with major combat mission areas (IAMD, SUW, ASW, STW, etc.).
- Knowledge of Cyber warfare principles, doctrine, and TTPs.
- Experience as an Information Warfare Designator (e.g., INTEL, Info Professional, Cryptology) is highly desired.

Education Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
Equivalent experience to a Bachelor's degree is considered to be two additional years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop recommendations for the integration of planning tools, shipboard systems, and technology to enhance team training for C4I and operational issues relevant to assigned warfare areas.
- Support the execution of warfare exercises and provide oversight during synthetic exercise events.
- Collaborate with NFCs, TYCOMs, and other training commands on warfare training matters to create synthetic training scenarios, academic curricula, and individual training syllabi.
- Assist in the design and development of synthetic exercise scenarios, including war-game design and documentation.
- Review warfare doctrine, TTP, and best practices to ensure alignment between Naval and Joint or Coalition organizations.
- Provide expertise as a lead analyst to support the identification, development, and validation of requirements for assigned warfare operations.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 annually.
