Los expertos actúan como catalizadores para el desarrollo y evaluación de requisitos, ofreciendo su experiencia y visión para respaldar programas y líderes en todos los niveles, incluyendo sectores civiles y militares. Se espera que tengan una amplia experiencia en sus respectivos campos de especialización.

Requisitos

  • 8 años de experiencia relevante en:
    • Experto en la materia para requisitos de tareas específicas (por ejemplo, Académicos, Áreas de Guerra, apoyo a Programas o Políticas)
    • Gestor de capacitación
    • Desarrollo de currículos de capacitación
    • Evaluaciones de capacitación de flota/junta para identificar brechas, necesidades de capacitación y soluciones
    • Impartición de capacitación en persona y/o en línea
    • Desarrollo y modificación de escenarios de eventos/ejercicios de capacitación
    • Gestión de proyectos de capacitación
    • Liderazgo de equipo y/o proyecto
    • Diseño de capacitación personalizada para cumplir con los objetivos de capacitación
    • Habilidades de oratoria y presentación
    • Interacción con personal senior a nivel de Oficial de Bandera/Director/Gerente
    • Manejo de múltiples prioridades e interrupciones con un impacto mínimo en la productividad/resultados

5 años de experiencia como instructor/evaluador senior.

2 años de experiencia como operador de JSAF es deseable pero no obligatorio.

Requisitos Educativos:

  • Título universitario de una institución acreditada en un campo de estudio no especificado.
  • Se requieren 10 años de experiencia si no se posee un título.
  • Equivalente a un título son dos años de experiencia en el área de Recursos.

Nivel de Seguridad del Personal:

  • El candidato debe poseer una autorización de seguridad activa, emitida por el DoD, de nivel Top Secret. Se requiere TS/SCI para esta posición.
  • Se patrocinará una autorización para el candidato adecuado.

Tareas Esenciales del Trabajo (no exhaustivas):

  • Apoyar tareas:
    • Impartir y monitorear instrucción académica en el sitio para audiencias de capacitación y proporcionar instrucción MTT para grupos y personal.
    • Desarrollar, mantener y entregar material instructivo respaldado por esquemas, planes de lecciones, material de referencia, presentaciones, videos, escenarios, animaciones, materiales de entrega y guías de estudio.
    • Investigar, analizar y emplear las mejores estrategias y métodos de aprendizaje para capacitar y mantener un personal instructivo de calidad.
    • Proporcionar recomendaciones al Gobierno sobre materiales necesarios para una biblioteca de referencia táctica.
    • Evaluar el material del curso, métodos de entrega y nuevas versiones de aplicaciones para determinar el impacto y la funcionalidad.

Rango Salarial: $80,000 - $100,000 anuales.
