Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Applications Engineer to join our team at Telit Cinterion. As a Field Applications Engineer, you will provide comprehensive technical support to our customers, working closely with their design teams to ensure they have the necessary resources to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers through all stages of the design process, including hardware and software design, and end product certification.
  • Work closely with internal R&D teams to achieve continuous improvement of product documentation based on customer feedback.
  • Interface with internal Product Management teams to convey product roadmap needs.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and ensure they are properly supported.

Requirements:

  • Four-year engineering degree and 5+ years of wireless and/or embedded design support experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Working knowledge and design experience with embedded systems, firmware, development tools, microcontrollers, antenna design, and power management.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge in 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G 3GPP technologies.
  • Familiar with RF wireless technology.
  • Familiar with test tools such as QXDM, QCAT, QPST, and Wireshark.
  • Experience with Linux Operation System.

Travel:

  • Travel required up to 20%.
