Job Summary

As a Lead Housekeeper with Crothall Healthcare, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our healthcare facilities. This is a full-time position that requires a strong leader who can supervise, train, and inspect the performance of assigned housekeeping staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering one-on-one attention to detail and ensuring that all procedures are completed to the highest standards.
  • Supervise and train assigned staff to ensure they are equipped to provide top-notch service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Inspect areas to confirm that cleaning standards have been met and take corrective action as needed.
  • Assist staff in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service, and conduct training as assigned.
  • Contribute to the team by exhibiting professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.
