Caregiver Assistant

Join our team at SR COMPANIES LLC as a Caregiver, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities:- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of belonging and well-being.
- Assist with meal service, light housekeeping, and laundry duties.
- Encourage resident independence and participation in activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident health or emotional well-being to supervisors.
- Participate in leisure activities and provide support to residents as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents.
- Perform general housekeeping duties and ensure the community is well-maintained.
- Respond promptly to resident requests for assistance and provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One to two years of experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
