Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Accounting and Assurance Senior to join our team. As a key member of our Accounting and Assurance team, you will be responsible for planning and executing complex client engagements, providing expert advice on financial matters, and ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy in our work.


Key Responsibilities



  • Plan and execute audit engagements, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
  • Assist in the preparation of audit work papers, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Perform analytical review procedures, documenting expectations, results, and conclusions
  • Draft financial statements and notes for compilation or review engagements
  • Perform assigned audit procedures for specific accounts and transactions
  • Prepare complex tax accruals for financial statements
  • Research and conclude on accounting issues
  • Provide assistance to senior accounting staff as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent degree required
  • Master's Degree in Accounting or Taxation preferred
  • 150 credit hours with 30 upper division account credits preferred
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in public accounting
  • Progressive plan toward passing the CPA exam required

Working Conditions



  • No physical exertion required
  • Required to sit for long periods of time
  • Usual office working conditions
  • 25-75% travel for field work
