  • Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Perform and review account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with established policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
  • Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA) is a plus
  • 2 - 5 years in a fast-paced accounting position
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and payroll processes
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, standard MS suite
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, professional work environment
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
