Your Role

As a seasoned financial analyst with over three years of experience in comprehensive accounting practices, you will play a pivotal role in our financial operations. Your expertise in detailed account reconciliations and data analysis will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of financial reporting. You are proactive in gathering essential information for report completion and adaptable to the evolving needs of our growing business. Your analytical mindset drives you to enhance current reporting processes and develop thorough, actionable reports for our expanding operations.
  • Engage with various internal teams to collect, analyze, and interpret key financial data.
  • Prepare journal entries, oversee month-end closing activities, and manage tax documentation.
  • Ensure account reconciliations align with the general ledger.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes and audit preparations.
  • Compile and maintain documentation to support financial records.
  • Implement internal controls.
  • Facilitate financial and regulatory audits.
  • Analyze financial reports and conduct variance assessments.
  • Generate financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and additional reports as required.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Propose enhancements to optimize accounting systems and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all financial matters.
Your Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years of experience in advanced accounting roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting is mandatory.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong aptitude for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and/or ERP/accounting systems.
  • Experience in real estate, title, or escrow is advantageous.
