Nurse Practitioner

UCHealth is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Longs Peak Hospital in Longmont, CO.
About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU). As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based care to critically ill patients, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to a safe and quality-driven environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Model proficiency through precepting new nurses and contributing to the development of a positive and supportive work environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based care models, including AACN's Synergy Model and specialty certification standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
