As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients in the Emergency Department.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience, preferably in the Emergency Department.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
- Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course certification.
