Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote membership sales through education on health and wellness
  • Achieve key performance metrics such as average ticket price and rebooking ratios through memberships, services, and retail sales
  • Generate leads for memberships; follow up with prospective members
  • Handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage customer records
  • Oversee cash handling and maintain the cash drawer
  • Manage customer expectations, address concerns, and retain memberships
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area in accordance with Scenthound standards
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Confidence in selling services and products
  • Ability to connect with customers (both canine and human) and deliver exceptional service
  • Willingness to learn about our offerings to effectively educate dog owners; embody our values and culture
  • Strong communication skills with team members and clients (in-person and via phone)
