Position Summary:
The Senior Vice President of Human Resources Operations will be responsible for directing and managing the global HR operations, with a focus on employee data management, payroll processing, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures align with the strategic vision and mission of the organization.
- Oversee the global HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, system performance, and compliance with regulations.
- Manage benefits administration, including the design, execution, and communication of employee benefit programs.
- Guarantee adherence to labor laws and regulations, effectively managing employment contracts, terminations, and employee relations in collaboration with legal counsel.
- Implement performance management systems that promote employee development and accountability.
- Supervise the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely compensation and compliance with emerging global pay equity policies.
- Stay informed on HR trends, best practices, and changes in labor laws to ensure compliance and recommend improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive global HR reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making and continuous enhancement of HR operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR operations, including at least 4 years in a managerial capacity.
- Direct experience in overseeing HR compliance and benefits administration, with a solid understanding of labor regulations across various jurisdictions.
- Proficient in technical tools such as MS O365 (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), HRIS (preferably Namely), ADP, and DocuSign.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communicator with effective written and verbal skills, including formal presentation capabilities.
- Experience in stakeholder management across diverse organizational functions beyond HR, including legal, finance, IT, sales, and engineering.
- Strategic thinker capable of designing and executing global HR initiatives.
